Transactional Dialogue on Rooftop Solar PV Installations – Opportunities and Regulatory Barriers

A dialogue with relevant government agencies was held on opportunities for rooftop solar PV Installations in the Textile sector and the regulatory barriers at the IFC Dhaka office on 24 June 2019. The meeting brought together leading policymakers including DoE, Bangladesh Bank, SREDA, REB, among others as well as IDCOL and private sector players. IFC and BUILD presented the RE opportunities in the textile sector as well as the policy note.
